Themis Computer combines microSPARC and VME64 to create the first VME64embedded SPARC solution. Designed under license from Sun Microsystems,the SPARC LXE/PLUS is a faithful VMEbus version of Sun's SPARCclassicworkstation. Designed under license from Sun Microsystems, the SPARCLXE/PLUS is a faithful VMEbus version of Sun's SPARCstation 5workstation. With double the bus bandwidth of VME32 platforms, the SPARCLXE/PLUS's 64-bit wide data path provides a significant increase in I/Operformance.
